•             A fully equipped Gym with Personal Trainers.
•             An extensive Library.

Standard of Dress:

 
Members and gentlemen guests should wear a long sleeved jacket and tie (business attire) and ladies may wear a dress, skirt, tailored trousers with a jacket, or evening pants in the Club.
 
Jacket and  tie is not required at breakfast, a tie is not required from after 5.00pm Friday to 10.00am Monday in the Buttery. However the Cedar Room requires a jacket and tie at all times. 
 
Members and guests resident in the Club may wear smart casual dress appropriate to their destination when entering or leaving the Club.
 
Denim is not permitted.
 

Ladies at the Club:

 

Women are welcome to stay in the Clubhouse and utilise the facilities when accompanied by the Member. The first floor is limited to Members and male Reciprocal Members.
Female Reciprocal Club Members are welcome to book and stay in the Macquarie Suites. Children are welcome.
 

Card of Introduction:

 
A member of a reciprocal club requires a Card or Letter of Introduction upon arrival to the Australian Club in order to be given entry as a Sponsored Member.
 
*The usual Australian Club rules apply regarding access to the Australian Club premises at 165 Macquarie Street.
